Zerone Cellvane and Dongbang Medical sign business agreement for 'PN filler for export'

Zerone Cellvane and Dongbang Medical have signed a profit-sharing contract for the development, marketing, and production of PN filler for export at Dongbang Medical's headquarters in Pangyo, Seongnam.

According to this contract, Zerone Cellvane will supply raw materials for the PN filler, and Dongbang Medical will produce the finished PN filler. They decided to jointly own the sales rights for the newly developed PN filler (Klednce Healer), which has already been approved for export by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Both companies are developing PN filler for domestic use and plan to jointly conduct clinical trials. Additionally, they will work together on medical devices, including drugs using PN and PDRN.

Dr. KIM, DUK GYU, owner of the Zerone Cellvane brand, said, "We will jointly pioneer the filler market not only abroad but also domestically with Dongbang Medical, which has advanced technology in the medical device market. We will distribute various products through future joint research."
