        Cultural Exchange Program: Thai Students - Republic of Korea, 1st Generation Organized by Open Cyber University of Korea in collaboration with AS Online (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Education Studio Co., Ltd., Fit2Fly Studio Co., Ltd., and Rajabhat Suan Sunandha University's Innovation and Management College, we are delighted to extend our congratulations to the 10 winners of this endeavor.


       The Southeast Asian Studies Center at Open Cyber University of Korea initiated the Cultural Exchange Program: Thai Students - Republic of Korea, 1st Generation, with the aim of promoting cross-cultural learning between Thailand and the Republic of Korea. The program focuses on sharing the rich Thai culture with the youth of the Republic of Korea and fostering accurate understanding of Korean culture in Thailand. The objective is to promote mutual understanding, personal development, values, and lifestyles among young participants, as well as to enhance life experiences and adaptability to new cultures.

      Since its inception in 2001, this program has received financial support from both the public and private sectors in the Republic of Korea to organize activities that promote mutual understanding among Asian nations in Southeast Asia and the Republic of Korea. These activities span various fields, including politics, economics, society, culture, and academics, aligning with the center's mission.

     For this 1st Generation of the Cultural Exchange Program: Thai Students - Republic of Korea, the Southeast Asian Studies Center at Open Cyber University of Korea has received cooperation from various entities within both the Republic of Korea and Thailand. The program involves selecting Thai youth to travel to the Republic of Korea for a 7-day cultural exchange and contemporary Korean culture learning experience. The participants will be provided with support for airfare, accommodation, transportation, meals, and educational expenses throughout their journey, totaling 75,000 Thai Baht. This exchange aims to facilitate the sharing of ideas and culture with the youth of the Republic of Korea during their travels."
